Free online workshop

Pleasure is not something we usually associate with menopause, but in fact, it makes excellent medicine:
- It reduces cortisol which makes practically ALL symptoms better
- Increases oxytocin, the love hormone – yum!
- Guides you effortlessly towards your calling
- Reduces stress because you focus on what makes you happy
- Rest more
- Exercise well
- Keeps your downstairs dept juicy
- Leads you safely towards Second Spring
Our very human selves automatically focus on the negative, the pain and the problems. We can’t help it, it’s part of our survival mechanism. It takes a little effort to retrain ourselves to focus on:
- What feels good
- And what IS good within us
This helps to create new pathways in our brains so we can access the positive and move towards an altogether kinder and more sustainable way of being.
What’s not to like?
No need to book, just turn up at 10am Sunday 20th.
Finding Kate Codrington and her amazing work on perimenopause has been nothing short of life-changing for me. I was really struggling against my symptoms which of course increased stress and cortisol and made things even worse. After attending several workshops hosted by Kate and watching many of her YouTube posts, I’m now surrendering to the journey and rather marvellously many of my symptoms have either disappeared or I’ve accepted that they are helping me on my journey in becoming the next fabulous version of me. Tell all your friends!
