How the vasomotoric cycle, the inner-seasons and the pelvis helped me to ground myself
Bloody grounding. I’ve struggled with it all my life: falling over, shaky-kneed, over-excited, too much, too heady. I feel I am highly qualified to write about grounding because it’s not been an easy journey. Just the invitation to ground myself through my feet sends me off, shooting up to my head and ungrounding me.

I have had my final session with my therapist. I am deeply grateful for the experience and also very sad, I am mourning the loss of this wonderful supporter as time goes by. It’s been 7 years since I first asked if she would see me on a massage-only basis. Especially as the other nominees include MTI and the Jing School of Massage, institutions that are well known for their high-quality post-grad courses. I'd better create some lovely new posts for you soonish then...
My first ever radio interview and goddess bless Angelina who made it so much fun to chat on Dessert Island Discs about kindness and the menopause, you can hear my favourite tracks from Blondie, Catatonia, Xtc and The B-52's and find out which dessert I chose to take with me. Here's the link to listen in.
