I talk about how to manage low energy with photographer, writer and podcaster Naomi Woddis and how she lives a full, creative life despite being a carer and having a chronic invisible disability. Add menopause to the mix and energy has become an even more precious commodity, so I was curious to know how the hell she does it!
Naomi says that the aim of her work is to be clear, compassionate and honest and I think this shines through in our time together. If you ever experience low energy, and yes, we all do, this will give you ideas about how to live a creative life with low energy, rather than waiting until you have enough.
You can find ‘The Two of Us’ Naomi’s podcast where she talks with artists and writers centred around their creativity relates to their mental health and emotional well being on all the usual podcast platforms or at thetwoofus.libsyn.com
Her beautiful photography and writing are at naomiwoddis.com

I listened to this sitting in bed, resting after a full day yesterday and an emotional morning today.
I love boast of the day idea! ~ and fascinating to hear exploration of the word for this ~
In treesisters it is called our Shine ~ I prefer glow ~ feels warmer, less tinny… 🙂
Thanks for the conversation ~ Great simple and accessible pointers re managing differing energy levels
Plus I love Naomi’s perspective on chaos
