Inside Boredom with Lisa de Jong

This is Lisa’s second visit to Life An Inside Job, she talks about the value of boredom.

Lisa de Jong is a health coach and educator specialising in women’s health, the menstrual cycle, chronic pain, and trauma. She has a 1:1 practice coaching clients online, and is the founder of the globally accredited professional training, “Menstrual Cycle Coaching and Facilitation Professional Training” as part of the Menstrual Coach Academy.

Lisa works via a holistic, integrative and trauma-informed lens in all of her work. She brings a gentle yet powerful approach to her clients and groups supporting them in the understanding of their body, their nervous system, and in their relationship to agency and better decision making for recovery. Lisa is based in Ireland.
