Our reality is created on our insides, directly from our mind, beliefs and body sensation but until things go wrong, we barely give our inner life any attention at all
Truth is, we can tootle along focussing on trying to get a fancy car and a sexy partner and that’s fine until we meet trauma, illness or the next major life transition, and then the lack inner life starts to show as disconnection and emptiness.

I have been a personal growth junky since the age of 16, when my sis came back from one of those hard-core 80’s personal growth workshops. Thank god there was an age limit in place or my tender teenage self would have been stuffed!
