Having gained an understanding of cyclical awareness from the first class, now it’s time to dive into perimenopause and deepen into where that sits in the Life Seasons. You’re going to learn:

  • How the seasons guide you through your life
  • How menopause prepares you for a fabulous elderhood
  • How the menstrual cycle trains you for this
  • The three phases of menopause their self-care and gifts

By the end of this class you’ll be reassured that you don’t need fixing, that your best medicine is to get out of your own way so you can relax into your own authority.

Practice

Looking at the different realms, as you are now in your life, where do you place yourself for each realm on the underactive – overactive spectrum?

  1. Pick one realm where you are not supporting yourself.
  2. What one thing can you do to shift the balance in this area?
  3. What can you put in place to help you with accountability? A Listening Partnership? A check-in with a buddy?
  4. What would that look like to commit to going this regularly for a menstrual or moon cycle or month?
  5. At the end of the month review what went well, what got in the way, what difference did it made.
