This episode is all about pelvic pain. That might be to do with prolapse, vulvodynia, vaginismus, painful sex, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) or other causes. Pain, particularly in perimenopause can become normalised, and not spoken about, especially for those in the sandwich generation who are just too stressed to get around to dealing with it. But this is a conversation we need to have. It's frank and open so you won't want to listen when sensitive ears are around.
I have gathered a panel of experts from different modalities with many years professional experience to talk through what you can do to move out of pain and into pleasure,
Our experts are
Andrea Clarke, who supports women in reconnecting with their womb, pelvis, and vagina—centres of power, safety, and creativity. She gently guides those healing from trauma, loss, or disconnection back to embodied presence. Blending somatic bodywork, womb-energy medicine, and holistic pelvic care, she helps release pain and stored emotion. This work fosters deep healing and reconnection. Andrea also facilitates workshops, retreats, and women’s circles—both online and in person—creating spaces for safety, presence, and transformation.
