This episode is part of a series of podcasts that focus on neurodiversity in perimenopause. I felt it was best to let people speak about their own experiences and let these voices be heard, in their diversity and brilliance.
In this episode, we hear a range of people with ADHD talking about their experiences of their perimenopause, what helped them, and what made things worse. Abi Denyer Bewick, who has ADHD herself and is an integrated health practitioner who specialises in cyclical living, offers us an overview of the situation. I am hugely grateful to all those who gave their time to share their experiences with us.
You will hear from:
Victoria Gazzard: specialises in fertility and provides emotional support and specialised therapies.
Francine Forde: craniosacral therapist, who specialises in neurodiversity and lives in London
Leora Leboff: menstrual and menopause mentor currently writing a book on cycle awareness to support chronic health challenges.
Abi Denyer Bewick: integrated health practitioner who specialises in cyclical living
