Finding resources in a time of vulnerability and introducing the Collective Pause 4-week course
In aid of Ukrainian Humanitarian Appeal
Wednesday 23rd March 6.30pm - 8pm UK
I am struck by the poignancy of the hopefulness and promise of the emerging blossom at a time when there is war in Europe. How can we stay present with the freshness and possibilities of life in the face of such tragedy?
In seasonal awareness, spring is also post-menopause, post-period and the ideas stage of the creative process. All these times, though potentially exciting and playful can be fraught with anxiety, critic attacks and challenges.
At this workshop, we will gather together to look at the potential for vibrancy, the challenges and how we might better resource ourselves at this time. We will also use a unique Circle process, a guided, embodied practice, to explore and embed our resources into our systems.
This workshop is an introduction to Collective Pause for Spring an online program that will be starting on Saturday 2nd April and you’ll get a special preview of the goodies on offer there.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for those interested in cyclical living, who are sensitive and want to look within to find better resources for themselves.
