I am available for speaking engagements and have given hundreds of talks on a range of topics related to perimenopause, positive ageing and how the gifts of both benefit all of society. I love to bring a positive, radical view of the value and gifts available as we age, and I’m widely acknowledged for my engaging, informative, and light-hearted style.

Coping with rage
I had the pleasure of working with Kate when she delivered menopause workshops at our annual conference, and she was outstanding. Kate brings a rare combination of deep expertise, empathy, and practical insight to a topic that is often misunderstood or overlooked in workplace settings.
Her sessions were engaging, inclusive, and grounded in real-world experience. She created a safe, respectful space for open conversation while also providing clear, actionable guidance that attendees could take back to their organisations. The feedback from delegates was overwhelmingly positive, with many highlighting how confident and knowledgeable Kate was, and how impactful the workshops felt.

Kate is the voice of reason and inspiration when it comes to menopause. She's the voice of care and reassurance. If you get a chance to listen to Kate, don't hesitate!

I invited Kate Codrington to make a presentation at my recent Navigate Menopause with Confidence Summit and she more than lived up to my expectation. She lead us through a powerful visualisation to help us understand our menopause symptoms and obtain insight on how to deal with them. The feedback from attendees was very positive. Her calm and thoughtful presence is a bonus for any event. I strongly recommend her.

Professional Training
I offer one-off CPD training in perimenopause for all kinds of modalities, ensuring that students have a solid understanding of the physiology, evidence-based management, and psycho-spiritual aspects of perimenopause and menopause. I have worked with many organisations, including The Minster Centre for Psychotherapy, The National Counselling Training Institute, Menopause Yoga, Yoga Teacher's Forum and Yinstinct Yoga and many more. Please get in touch to talk about how I can support your students, or offer CPD for your professional body. The world would be a different place if all wellbeing professionals were aware of menopause as a powerful force for good.
Kate delivered an engaging and thoughtful training session for us at the Minster Centre, which received exceptionally positive feedback from its participants.
Andy McCarthy, Minster Centre
Kate Codrington is inspired and educated in her training around working theraputically with the menopause. Attendees were highly engaged and moved by Kate's teaching as well as being resourced to work more confidently in this specialist area. We highly recommend her.
National Counselling Training Institute
Kate's work not only educates on the area of Menopause, but she also encourages us to reflect, process, and step into a more loving and compassionate relationship with ourselves and each other in this space. She left my group feeling empowered in their menopause journey as opposed to the common message that it is a problem that needs to be managed. I look forward to more presentations and talks from Kate in our courses to come!
Lisa de Jong, Menstrual Cycle Coaching Training
Kate Codrington is a gentle and powerful spaceholder. Whether she is facilitating circles or gently guiding on an individual basis her compassion and strength shine. I highly recommend Kate.

Workplace Training
According to The Fawcett Society, 1 in 10 women who worked during the menopause have left a job due to their symptoms, with 26% taking time off work as a result, of which 22% took more than one month off or more. This is not only a great financial cost to businesses but also a tragic loss of skill and experience.
Everyone who is female, and some non-binary and trans people will be in menopause at some point so your boss, colleague, and line manager will all be affected. Everyone needs to be well-informed, and develop support strategies for those experiencing menopause in the workplace.
Without awareness and education, it’s true that menopause can change capacity, but with menopause confidence in the workplace, it can become a huge asset. Menopause in the workplace talks and training helps to retain experienced employees, build community and teamwork, and nourishes unique leadership skills in the perimenopause employees.
In my menopause training for corporates, I am passionate about empowering people in menopause to not only ask for what they need, but also to recognise the leadership skills and personal growth that are emerging from the experience.
I also offer bespoke Yoga Nidra to support your company and uplift your people. These meditations are created in consultation to bring the vibe your community needs, with extra helpings of relaxation and peace.

We were to grateful to have Kate come along to Bauer to do a session on the Power of Peri-Menopause. Not only did the session allow us to bring together a community of people, we also had employees come away from the session feeling reassured and supported. Kate's session was interactive allowing our people to share their own experiences and provided a safe space to connect and engage. I couldn't recommend Kate's sessions enough.
From the verbal feedback I have received, the biggest thing was it helping people going through peri-menopause have a reminder that and whilst everyone experiences symptoms differently, they are not alone. On a personal note, whilst I am not going through peri-menopause, I learnt a lot and really believe that everyone including managers and people who do not experience menopause, should attend these sessions to really gain a deep understanding on the symptoms and impact.

Thank you so much for the powerful talk, to view menopause through the seasons really helped to understand the nature of the process. The power of the questions we need to ask and the kindness we need to show ourselves will be a great tool going forward.
