The current confusion around HRT, menopause hormone therapy is showing us how disconnected we have become from our bodies and from the earth.

Where we can find the space to anchor into our hearts, bellies and pelvic bowls to really feel the truth of how we are, we can find our way. Most often, we find ourselves exhausted and the inner scream we hear is ‘fuck this shit’! The longing to drop everything, burn the house down, as Alexandra Pope says, and run for the hills is intense. No wonder we are scared. We feel we are holding up the whole universe in midlife.

If we cannot listen, and when we are forced to push through, we are negatively impacting our long term health, and teaching our communities to abandon themselves too.

When we can release of this feeling of holding the whole universe together, and let ourselves rest, we allow the wider community to be responsible for the caring and holding too, just as it should be. You will be reversing patriarchy, just by resting. You can access the Free Resource Library here which will support you to rest more.

Our bodies are cyclical and showing us how to care for ourselves all the time. To get a feel for what’s right for you, rest and pay attention to your inner world.
