This year's program is now full, if you're interested in joining us next year please leave your details here
As a sensitive human navigating a humungous life transition while also operating in a busy world that denies and belittles your core experience, you are in one hell of a conflict.
World says go-go-go
Your whole body, mind and soul says no-no-no
It’s messy. There’s overwhelm and despair that perimenopause will never end. There’s gaslighting from within and without. None of it makes sense. And you’ve no clue whether it’s perimenopause, trauma or the Terry’s chocolate Orange you hoovered up last night.
Being part of a supportive community will inspire, energise and empower you to greater kindness and courageousness, resourcing you as you journey towards your Second Spring, the beginning of the best half of your life.

What’s on offer?
The Path to Second Spring group mentoring project gives you the opportunity to press pause, come together with a small group of like-minded folk. Sharing the journey over 4 months, there’s an invitation to lean into a soft, welcoming, non-judgmental space and find you are not alone in your experiences. You can ground from the inside out, in the knowledge that this chaos you’re experiencing does have purpose, and you are fully entitled to a robust cocoon to incubate and nourish your menopause process.
What you’ll receive
From our coming together in community, you can come to a place of confidence in yourself whether or not you experience perimenopause challenges, and accept your own gorgeous flavour of weirdness as OK. As loveable. As worthy of respect and care and hell, a cause for celebration and the even bedrock of your lifeforce going forward. This might look like:
Having regular practices at your fingertips so you can re-ground and centre yourself when life throws curveballs
- Feeling more trust in the process of spiritual and personal growth
- Stop abandoning yourself and stay closer to your own needs
- Feel there’s a responsive strong support network to lean into
- Access kind, nourishing food, movement and rest practices
- And forgive yourself when they don’t materialise!
- Be less caught up in the mental stories about what’s happing to you, and more caught up in the wonder of being alive
- And hell, maybe even reduce suffering from symptoms
The logistics
Running February – May we’ll meet in community twice a month, alternating between a workshop session with processes, practices and information and a sharing Circle. You’ll find the dates in the FAQ’s below. We’ll be tapping into the energy of the earth and the moon to guide us through the process.
Sessions will be Fridays 12pm – 1.30pm UK. All sessions will be recorded and available for you to access on a password protected page. The expectation is that you will be able to attend all the sessions.
In addition there will be a private Facebook community group for sharing, accountability, and encouragement.
In addition you will also have access to these bonuses…
The content
The joy of a small group is that while there is a structure, the content can be responsive to the needs of the participants.
February: Surveying the land
Welcoming the community, we’ll arrive in the present to take stock of where we are and where we’ve come from.
March: Nourishing our ground
Practices for nervous system management, drawn from your existing practices and adding new ones including breathwork, touch, etc
April: Courage of growth
Exploring the possibilities of spiritual growth, being with the unknown and getting out of our own way to allow the energy to emerge.
May: Fuelling growth
Exploring nourishment in the material world of food, movement and resting and to implement these in your life.
The final sharing circle will close our community and has time for reflection, integration and next steps.

Is this group mentoring for me?
Only you will know but if:
-
-
- You are committed to your own personal growth
- Are familiar with the seasonal model of menstrual cycle awareness
- Think you might be in perimenopause, menopause or Second Spring
- Wish to explore the wealth of your inner world
- Are wanting to find your own rhythm in life
-
We’re likely to be a good match.
If you prefer a tick-box approach, with prescribed solutions, this may not be your cup of tea. This project welcomes all those who are anticipating, experiencing or have experienced a menopause, regardless of gender orientation. If you are not comfortable with this, then other women-only circles are available.
Can’t I just figure this out on my own?
You are absolutely the expert on you, no question. But as we live in an insane world that does not respect your cycles, and gives you no space, you’ll need some extra muscle to hold back the world and give you more space to pause.
I’ve already maxed out on therapeutic support!
This group mentoring experience will help you build and expand on your existing toolkit so that you deepen you trust in the process, and actually use the tools at your disposal. It offers you a structure and grounding to blossom and thrive, without burnout in the second, better, half of your life..
But I have enough on my plate already!
Yes. You do. Your plate is full and you need to pause. Carving out the space for group mentoring is a smart choice to help you discern how best to use your time, energy, and focus through your transition. When your spirit yearns to run away and take a year-long menopause gap, 2 x 90-minute Zoom calls a month is the doable option.
Your investment
A mentoring group is an excellent way to get containment with the benefits of community holding. The 8 x 90-min sessions, online community, monthly yoga nidras and Perimenopause Starter Kit Online Course
The cost is £66 / month over 4 months
or you can pay in full £264

Here’s what participants have said:
“you create one of the loveliest and safest spaces I’ve ever been in”
“utterly transformative and reassuringly grounded”
“I got much more than I came for. I thought I’d have some great insights, an understanding…I do like knowing! What I’m left with is a deep sense of trust in the uncertainty of menopause, because whatever happens I’m ok.”
“I learnt so much from the other women in the group as well as the amazing guests. Highly recommended to anyone who would benefit from support in their peri / menopause journey.”
“Helped me bring perimenopause out of the murky, scary shadows into the light and hold it with hope and compassion.”
“I found the internal reflections and time and space to work on myself really helpful and it was lovely to be in a space I felt I belonged and felt held. This is perfect for anyone in their menopause journey who yearns for space and time to reflect so they’re able to best support themselves.”
“Kate was super welcoming and I felt supported through each stage of the journey. I grew a lot from the experience and it was amazing to share the journey with other fabulous women. I found the connection that developed within the group very special. As an introvert, I find groups hard to navigate at times, however as we were all there for a common cause, the want to share, connect and belong was strong.”

By signing up for The Path to Second Spring you are making a commitment to yourself to give space for your perimenopause process and a commitment to pay the full amount. If you’re not sure if it’s for you let’s have a chat to make sure before you commit. Full T&C’s are here.
No, The Path To Second Spring mentoring group is a closed group.
You have lifetime access to The Perimenopause Starter Kit, the practice and Yoga Nidra audios. The recordings of the group sessions will be removed at the beginning of September.
This group mentoring is open to all those in perimenopause and menopause process, including non-binary and gender non-conforming. If you are not comfortable sharing with folk from these communities, then other women-only circles are available. Hate speak and gender intolerance is not tolerated in the group mentoring.
I am committed to holding a ‘safe as possible’ space for all those in perimenopause process. This means that hate speak and gender intolerance is not tolerated in the group mentoring.
I take great care to create a safe container with clear guidelines for the group. My task is to hold the group process and to name the different dynamics as they arise. This creates safety and awareness for all concerned. Occasionally people feel unsafe and hurt in my spaces, when this happens I do everything I can manage to meet the difficulty and resolve it, if possible.
The practices, self-care and community in this mentoring project are nourishing wherever you are, we all need this stuff! However if you’re feeling very ‘over’ perimenopause it might not be for you. I suggest you look at the content and book a chat with me to talk through your specific needs.
Our most vulnerable and challenging edges can show up in perimenopause and this requires a safe container, to keep us safe enough, our guidelines are:
- Confidentiality
- Kindness to self and others
- Accepting diversity and difference
- Not giving advice unless it is asked for
- Giving space for and curiosity toward your body wisdom, inner voices and other ways your intuition speaks to you
- Where possible, when you are sharing, I encourage you to ask for what you might need. It could be that you prefer to be witnessed, are looking for feedback, reflections, process work or ‘teaching ’-style interventions. Not knowing, and/or changing your mind is also OK!
