Self-Help for Perimenopause workshop

self-help-perimenopause

Nourishing, gentle workshop to inspire kindness and self-care for the transition to the best half of your life

7pm-9pm Thursday 25th April

 Almondsbury, Bristol, BS32 4EF

Who is it for?

This is suitable for anyone interested in upping their self-care whether using HRT and/or a natural route.

Many of the challenges we experience in perimenopause are caused or worsened by the environment we live in. Though we have tolerated them for decades the shifts in our hormonal picture mean we can now feel badly affected by stress, cultural toxicity and hormone disruptors. It’s time for things to change! Through education, enquiry, discussion and sharing experiences we find simple lifestyle shifts that make big impacts.

You will discover:

Where perimenopause is placed in a seasonal map of reproductive life and how this might guide your lifestyle choices.

The four main areas that may be impacting your perimenopause well-being, enquiries into how they might be affecting you, and what we might edit from our lives.

Small, low-cost, do-able changes that we can weave into busy lives to address symptoms, along with enquiries to explore what might get in the way of following through with changes.

There is plenty of time for discussion, Q&A, and personalised advice.
