I long for a world where we can all feel vitality in our bodies, free from shame and trauma. In a small way, I try to make a difference. And I often fail. Then I get back on my bicycle and try again.

As a white, cis woman from an upper class background, I hold a great deal of privilege. I do my best to welcome people of all genders, races, sexuality, abilities and socioeconomic groups who are interested in or experiencing menopause, cyclical living and tending to their interior lives.

If you're a cis man, you are warmly welcome to join events that are open to 'all bodies'. Where this is not clear, please get in touch before booking.

Not all those who menstruate or experience menopause are women and there is room for infinite experiences, feelings and treatment options. No one way is better than another.

My ancestry includes plantation owners who abused enslaved people over generations. I am engaged with ongoing work to unpick and stop these patterns of abuse. No one is truly free until people of all colours and races are free.

I am committed to exploring how to create more safety in the spaces I create and hold, through personal reflection, feedback, peer support and further training.

All my offerings invite the possibility of remembering that you are already fine, just as you are and do not require fixing.

If you have questions about any of this, I am open to a conversation.
