Beacon of light
Navigating peri-menopause felt like trying to assemble IKEA furniture without instructions—confusing, frustrating, and guaranteed to make you sweat. Enter Kate, the peri-menopause whisperer, who single-handedly saved me from drowning in a sea of hot flashes, mood swings, and the general chaos that comes with this “magical” time of life.
I started with her personal coaching, which felt like therapy, science class, and comedy hour all rolled into one. Kate has this uncanny ability to make you feel heard while cracking jokes about things like “rage-cleaning” your house or crying over cereal commercials. (Yes, Kate, I did cry over the dog food ad—don’t judge me.) Her compassion and kindness made me feel like I wasn’t alone in this madness, and her knowledge? Let’s just say she could school any doctor on the ins and outs of hormones.
Then, I joined her group program, and it was like being welcomed into a secret club of women all whispering, “Thank God, it’s not just me!” Kate creates a space where you can laugh, vent, and learn without an ounce of judgment. Her humor kept us going when things got tough, and her practical tips (hello, magnesium and lifestyle hacks!) genuinely changed my life.
If peri-menopause has you feeling like a broken thermostat with a side of existential crisis, do yourself a favor and work with Kate. She’s a beacon of light in the hormonal storm—part coach, part cheerleader, and 100% the person you need in your corner. Thanks to her, I’m not just surviving; I’m thriving—and maybe even laughing at this wild journey!

Time to reflect
I joined the mentoring group as I'd just finished working with Kate and wanted to keep connected/consistent going forward. I found the internal reflections and time and space to work on myself really helpful and it was lovely to be in a space I felt I belonged and felt held. This is perfect for anyone in their menopause journey who yearns for space and time to reflect so they're able to best support themselves.

Embraced this transition
Kate was super welcoming and I felt supported through each stage of the journey. I grew a lot from the experience and it was amazing to share the journey with other fabulous women. I found the connection that developed within the group very special. As an introvert, I find groups hard to navigate at times, however as we were all there for a common cause, the want to share, connect and belong was strong.
I loved the medicine circle week and also learning from the experts Kate brought in. Kate has a wonderfully nurturing, calm, supportive way about her. She holds space for everyone to be heard, and imparts her wisdom as required. If you are looking to nourish yourself on your menopause journey in a deeper, more connected way, I would highly recommend you join her five month mentor group. I feel I've embraced this life transition in a more complete way, and feel much more positive in myself.

Training for counsellors
Kate delivered an engaging and thoughtful training session for us at the Minster Centre, which received exceptionally positive feedback from its participants.

Wondrous and unexpected things unfold
I had my first session with Kate on the day I experienced facial paralysis. Over the following weeks and months, through listening, questioning, body process work and Medicine Circles, she guided me deeply inwards. I tended to forgotten parts of me and welcomed them back, I grieved for losses that had not been met, I prepared for and had a full hip replacement and found a new path that offered all I was seeking. And more! Kate has a deep capacity to hold space with compassion, integrity and generosity in which discomfort and resistance can be softened and wondrous and unexpected things can unfold. The ripples from our year-long journey are still rippling.

Bliss
The yoga nidras were bliss and nourishing, and the practices revealed huge insights that I continue to work with, and blew me away. You paced it perfectly, and made what could have been scary and alienating a fun safe space to explore my feelings about perimenopause.
I was able to dig deep, working with you gave me courage to share insights that resonated with others too. Thanks for the way you held space for us, built trust, and so we were able to share so openly. I found so much resonance in the circle time with other women. And I laughed a lot and felt less mad and alone with it all.
I left the weekend feeling rested, seen, heard, and nurtured, arriving home with wisdom & insights that I return to and play with. It reconnected me with parts of myself and my yoga practice I had lost sight of.
I am feeling more able to embrace "surrender" now I can begin to connect with what that feels like. That is huge for me!

Virtuous Circle
I would like every woman to have this feeling… The feeling that I have when I know Kate is in my sphere of support is one of being “held” and “known”, a feeling that’s “it’s all okay”. My favourite thing about Kate and the alchemical space she holds is that we can go all over the place, completely free to explore and dance in the moment of whatever is coming up at that time. I found sessions individually cathartic and very supportive to my nervous system with ideas that Kate brings from her vast vault of womanly midlife and other wisdoms. These are all offered gently without expectation. ! Also, that Kate cackles in sessions! Yes – we can cackle and chortle and swear and it all feels absolutely wholesome and there is nothing too weird to bring. This has had the effect of my trusting my unique gifts more and that all great things take time to blossom, that my time is absolutely the time I need to take for everything to just fall in place – and magically it just does! If you are looking for an intelligent, funny, rebellious cheeky spirited mentor in perimenopause, who will support and also challenge you all in service of your sustainable evolution, I would highly recommend Kate’s individual and group programmes. I really feel like I can be more ME more freely and in that space go “out there” and support other women too. What a beautiful virtuous cycle!

Gentle
The retreat was a wonderful opportunity for me to be gently reminded of the medicine I carry inside.
In a turbulent phase of my life, hormonally, logistically, financially, emotionally....to be able to take time in a nurturing circle is precious. I have been giving so little for myself in a time of most need so to sit in circle with other women that are generously and bravely sharing is so healing and moving. And then there is your gentle yet assured offerings that cuts through the layers and reminds me I will be ok, That there are phases and they will pass. The journey to cross this menopausal portal can be very messy and I feel knee deep in the mud.But you were there as an, walking your talk, example that it will pass. And you are funny in a I don't give a fuck way!

Transformative
I found the weekend transformative. it’s the third unwrapping of myself that we’ve had together, and something mega happened inside me. I think it’s the perfect storm of stage of life, understanding the principles behind your (our) work and having two days to deeply dive. When I talk about the weekend to my close friends I describe a psychedelic-like experience: I had such grief and I emerged changed. I understand myself better. I’ve made changes based on that information, been feeling different in myself, as I’m practicing integrating new self-awareness, laying down some new boundaries, and it’s helping.

Beautiful experience
I am raving about the experience amongst my circle of friends as I believe they all should hang out with you learning and embodying kindness. It was a beautiful experience that left me feeling nurtured, held and save. Somehow also with a knowing that I am ok exactly where I am. I have felt very OK within my body since. Long may it last.

Sacred
It’s hard to put this into words. The weekend felt nurturing, safe and grounding with many layers of meaning which continue to unfold within me after the event. I feel like I have come to rest within myself with more spaciousness, more ‘realness’ about who I am. I’ve noticed that I’m breathing more deeply but not because I’m doing a breathing practice to feel better but because it actually feels safe to allow the breath (and life force) to run through me, there is a sense of freedom here and of potential. Deep thanks to Kate for offering permission for us all to show up in whatever way we needed to – through her authenticity and ability to be in flow (with herself and with us), it felt like there was such generosity there and such grace.
The weekend had a spiritual or sacred aspect to it, it felt like long-held layers were being peeled away in a very subtle and gentle way. I found the medicine circle to be profound and connecting with my Second Spring self is helping me so much, she is a powerful force, I recognised that I would probably still have all my messiness and awkwardness but that I would carry this with confidence and clarity (perhaps re-naming these qualities as creativity and curiosity), feet firmly on the ground. What a blessing!
The game-changing part of the experience for me was the focus on integration after the weekend. It’s all too easy to take part in an amazing weekend, and then to completely forget about it afterwards because real life feels too challenging. I feel that I’ve learnt some tools and practices to help navigate trickiness in life but I’ve also connected with a more steady and resilient part of myself.

Transformative
I realised that what I had learned abut myself, and about the female perimenopausal experience, was so transformative that it was affecting me on multiple levels. I haven’t stopped reflecting on this change since then, and it’s an ongoing and evolving process.

Eloquent
Kate is a joy to work and collaborate with. An eloquent writer, speaker and mentor, she is leading the movement in women's health and menopause awareness. Do not pass up this opportunity to work with Kate! I would jump at the opportunity to collaborate with her again in absolutely any capacity.

Highly recommended
Kate is an utter joy to work with. She has been a facilitator at two of my events and both have been hugely popular and successful - an in-person Perimenopause Retreat in London and an online Women's Circle on Menopausal Rage. Kate's years of experience shows with how she guides the conversations, handles comments and questions and with the warm wisdom she shares. She is extremely professional and at the same time great fun to be around. I highly recommend booking Kate!

Reframe
Working with Kate was medicine. I knew I needed support but I didn't realize how much spiritual holding I needed as I navigated my rite of passage into Menopause with dignity and respect. Kate helped me realize that I'm exactly where I need to be, validated my experience, assisted me with building a Menopause Nourishment Kit (LOVED that session) and most of all, has helped me reframe Menopause to the meaningful and powerful transformation that it is.

Magnetised
Her wisdom, gentleness and straight-up truth talking about the wild ride that is the perimenopausal transition had me magnetised and her book remains my most often referred to (and very well dog-eared) menopause go-to resource. I have recommended this book hundreds of times, to my online community and to friends far and wide. I highly recommend Kate and her decades-deep experience in women's health, and in particular our entry to our Second Spring phase of life.

Important voice
Kate is an important voice in the menopause arena. She offers science backed information while also advocating to trust nature and one’s own intuition. Hiring Kate to guide and advise you or your employees on how to navigate the menopause transition will be one of the best decisions and investments you will make. Do it sooner rather than later.

Five popcorns
For the past year I have been using Kate’s menopause doula service and have found it both utterly transformative and reassuringly grounded. Kate has a wonderful knack for helping to to recognise and embody my own ‘enoughness’. Kate has helped me with Big Life Conversations through to preparing my resources to manage difficult family dynamics. I heartily endorse this woman! Five popcorns!

Game Changer
Doing medicine circles with Kate has been an absolute game changer for me during my midlife revolution. I felt much more confidence and clear on how to speak about my needs and to advocate for myself, be firm and honest and worthy of my feelings being valid. I have decided to take charge and change my life path in such amazing and unexpected ways so much as a result of your safe container as I’ve travelled with you and so now feel free to fly solo, and what a great achievement that feels.

At peace about being in perimenopause
"I'm much more relaxed and at peace about being in perimenopause. I remember how distressed I was in January when I had my first symptom of a 22 day cycle, but this month I have ovulated on day 20 and I'm really at ease about it. I'm flowing more with the unpredictable nature of my cycle and no longer clinging to what was.
I would describe an MMC session as being an experience of meeting the very deepest essence of your menstrual cycle which lies underneath all the busyness of your everyday mind and its worries etc. There you discover how loving and gentle each part of your cycle is and how much wisdom it longs to share with you. You realise how much it's on your side. I have always been surprised (in a good way) by every session as I could never have predicted what would show up. My overall and lasting impression is that the cycle loves us and wants to heal and guide us in all areas of our lives.

Life Changing
"Experiencing the menstrual medicine circle with Kate has been life changing & profoundly healing. It has allowed me to connect to my Womb’s wisdom, deepening understanding of my truth and connection to the feminine with potent, ethereal & visceral insights that often take me by surprise.
I feel a deep trust in Kate, who has helped me to also cultivate trust in the process, my cycle and intuition. I’ve been guided to understand the interconnectedness between the menstrual cycle and just about everything else, this empowers me to live more boldly and authentically.
In circle with Kate, I haven’t just felt listened to, but heard, understood, validated and so so safely held. Kate oozes respect and acceptance- giving you space whilst simultaneously holding your hand and guiding you with compassion and gentle strength.
This is potent medicine from a true medicine woman. I recommend Kate, and this process wholeheartedly."

Real Medicine For Your Womb
"Kate had been a total menopausal inspirational Goddess for me. We've worked together for a while and it's really helped me to navigate my menopause transition in a more wholesome & conscious way. I've watched her blossom into a menopausal maven & she completely inspired me to take my own menopause sabbatical ~ the best thing I've ever done. It's allowed me to refind myself & reassess my work and how I'll be taking that forward. The Menopause can be messy, dirty & leave you feeling in complete overwhelm ~ having Kate journeying alongside is REAL medicine for your womb."
Safe
Kate led us through strategies and ways to cope with the menopause, creating an environment where individuals felt safe to discuss issues and helpful tips to get the most from this ‘special ‘time in our lives. A very enjoyable, humorous evening!

Treasure this inner wisdom
I would have no hesitation in recommending working with Kate to any woman interested in exploring her menopause process in a deeply personal and creative way. My relationship with my inner wisdom - real, colourful, alive, available and full of personality - is a gift to me from my menopause such as it is so far. Kate actively supported me to be receptive to this gift and in a sense, she helped me to unwrap it, all the while sharing the gift of her presence and skill with patience, playfulness and joy. I treasure this inner wisdom which is connected to my spiritual self but also feels deeply connected to something divine and universal.
Support like this is precious
"When Kate mentioned that she was looking for volunteers for the menopause medicine training she was undertaking, I was somewhat intrigued, so put myself forward.
It needs to be understood that I am not really a red tent kind of woman, I don't chart my cycle despite the fact that I am still experiencing bleeds, whilst eager for this whole peri / menopausal phase to be completed.
With this in mind, I had no idea what to expect other than Kate being briefed that I wouldn't be discussing menstruation!
Kate would guide me through a seasonal landscape after a few moments of focusing on the breath and I was then invited to choose where I needed or felt drawn to start.
At no point was anything imposed on me and as a result, an interesting array of insights, metaphors and possibilities arose each time from the seasonal landscapes we visited (with me narrating whilst deep in a meditative place).
Kate would capture all I shared and then reflect this back to me - we would discuss it and again, she did not press meaning on my experience. It was left for me to draw my own conclusions or course of action from each experience, perhaps even to sit with it for a few days to see what unfolded.
Initially, I was unsure yet I was expertly navigated by Kate and always felt that firm boundaries were created which allowed for a feeling of confidence and safety.
It has given me a wider perspective of meaning - a map of sorts, and even now, the notes taken from our sessions still provide much to reflect upon.
I would recommend this to any woman who feels the need to create a fresher outlook on the changes she is experiencing within body, mind and emotions due to peri / menopause. It's a challenging phase and support like this is precious."

Empowerment
"Menstrual Medicine Circles have given my inner voice a purity and clarity which has enabled me to listen to myself in a way I haven’t been able to before.
Kate guided me through the process with kindness and a gentle inner hug and the clear intentions which arose from the sessions have integrated into my daily life.
The whole process gives me a huge sense of empowerment and ownership of my femininity and the wonderfulness that brings."

Incredible Journey
Kate took me on an incredible journey with the Menstrual Medicine Circle. I felt safely held, deeply witnessed and listened to. I felt totally relaxed in her presence to let the process unfold, without judgement. I would recommend the Menstrual Medicine Circle to any woman, and particularly with Kate guiding you.

Powerful and Magical
"Having only recently discovered I am perimenopausal, this whole new world was exciting and interesting to me. We journeyed through my cycle and the visuals that came to me and the feelings I voiced surprised me, yet gave me some understanding of how I feel as I do at certain times of the month. What I took away from this first session was that I needed rest and I am important. I have made some changes over the last 2 months and booked in a second MMC session last week. This cycle was very different to the first and I can already see the fantastic improvements that my changes have made to my understanding of my self and my energy levels deep within.
This work is powerful and magical. We have all the answers within and the more we can understand ourselves and help ourselves, the more we can develop and feel contented.
I highly recommend MMC work; you will be surprised at what it will show you about yourself."

Safely and Kindly
"I really enjoyed being in the menopause circle, Kate gives you time to feel what it is you’re working with…and then guides you safely and kindly through the different chambers…to experience what’s going on for you. Take time to absorb the magic I would say, before you get swept back into normal things. Kate has kindness, humour and intelligence that is unique."
“After 2 miscarriages I decided it was time to give my womb some much need love and attention so I booked myself onto Love your Belly workshop with Kate and Leora. What a wonderfully nurturing day! I learnt about my cycle and top tips on how to work with it rather than against it. I thoroughly enjoyed learning the massage and yoga moves and it was beautifully topped off with a womb blessing. A couple of months later I was lucky enough to find myself pregnant again and have just enjoyed a much needed pregnancy massage from Kate. As soon as I stepped into her massage room I started to feel more relaxed and by the end of my treatment I had drifted off to sleep. I recommend her to everyone I know and am sure I will be back for more.”

"I first started seeing Kate for biodynamic massage several months ago. Since then, I have seen her weekly, with the aim of letting go of a lifetime of sadness, distress and tension that had built up within me.
I can honestly say that I have never met anyone like Kate before. She radiates warmth, acceptance and compassion, as well as professionalism and empathy. She has enabled me to accept myself completely, banish all self-judgement, let go of the feelings that no longer serve me well, and relish my existence and place in this world. Kate is not only extremely talented at her job, but endearing and entirely unique. Meeting Kate has changed my life, and I hope that many more people are fortunate enough to experience time with her."

"I have been seeing Kate for two years to complement my treatment for PTSD and anxiety. With her sensitive approach Kate has provided a safe space where I have learned to safely tune in to my body again and let go.
I always leave with a powerful sense of calm which I can continue to tune into as I navigate the ups and downs of life between my sessions."

“I started seeing Kate when I was trying to conceive and have been going to see her every two weeks since. I’m now 38 weeks pregnant and the massages have been really helpful for me, they have helped teach me to relax and get in tune with my body. The ‘me’ time they have given me has also been invaluable. I’m looking forward to continuing going to see Kate once my baby has arrived. I’d recommend her to anyone pregnant or trying to conceive.”
