Gazillions of pounds are generated out of making us feel bad about ourselves and if you are a highly sensitive person, or in menopause, this can be challenging.

I believe that even when you feel terrible you can still find your own way to live contentedly and creatively. Often, what we need is to rest, soothe our nervous systems, to get quiet enough to be able to listen to our intuition and really hear what our bodies need.

This is pretty much what I offer, using more than three decades of therapeutic experience combined with the wisdom of the seasons. If you feel drawn, it would be a great privilege to hold space for you to let go and find threads of joy and ease within yourself.

There’s a wealth of information here; articles, podcasts, resources, free stuff to get hold of, inspirational textile art, yoga nidra as well as the events, online courses and menopause doula service. Grab yourself and cup of tea and have a good rummage around. You never know, you might find something that could change your life.
